John Morgan, a detective from London, hears about strange things happening in Scottish lands. He dismissed the news, untill he hears about the disappearance of Sadie Glen, a policewoman, when she was investigating this mysterious case. Sadie Glen is an old friend that helped John Morgan in the past, when he lost his memory. He decides to find her and figure out what is going on. He heads off in his car to the place, and finds an old broken, half buried mansion, and he gets in falling through a hole. He moves around the place and finds a fence which leads to a room that has a lot of wall drawings, and finds a note on the floor saying that this place is an old research lab that is reaserching a new virus, and they experiment on humans. He moves through the place, and sees a blocked door. Then, he sees some half-broken planks on the floor, but he can’t fit through, and he decides to break them. The floor breaks and John jumps down. As he tries to stand up, a weird creature jumps over on him. He blocks it’s attacks, and stretches the left hand, and takes a crowbar, and hits the creature's head. He stands up, takes the crowbar, and silently says: -I’ll need this. He turns on his flashlight, and looks around. It seems he's in a some kind of basement. The floor is filled with water, as the water valve is broken. He notices a keypad near the door, but some buttons are missing, so he collects all the pieces floating on the water, and puts them in. He also finds a laminated piece of paper, with four numbers. He types them in, and the door opens. As he tries to find his way out, he tries his cell phone, but for some reason this place hasn’t got any signal. Finally, he gets into a room, where he finds a dead, handless body, and his heads starts hurting, and suddenly he starts remembering his past, when his brother lost a hand, and died. Several hours later, he wakes up and continued moving. He hears some screams through the way, he seems to be confused, because he's not sure if those screams are real. Suddenly, he sees a creature eating a dead woman; he runs at it and kills it. He walks around the place, and sees someone sitting on a chair, he walks near it, and sees a rotten body. He gets scared, he pushes the body on the chair, and runs away. John finds sees a hole on the floor, and decides to jump down, as all the doors are blocked. As he jumped down, John hears screams and cries. Then he finds some switches on the wall, and turns them up, then the cell doors open, and the lights turn on. On the first cell on the left, he finds Sadie. -Sadie! What is this place? -Let’s go, I’ll tell you later. There’s no time to talk right now. As they move, some creatures come out of the cells and attack them. They keep moving until they found a door, which John started hitting with his crowbar, until it broke down. They came out to an areaway, and they see stairs, and near to it two dead guards. John and Sadie walk up the stairs, and go in an open door. As they walk in, they see a white corridor with a large window on the left. They sneak near it, and see a scientist, injecting something to one of the the creatures. -That’s the boss of all of this, Michael Ness. – Sadie says. -What are those creatures? -Those are the infected. They were normal people just like you and me, but those scientists inject that virus to them, to make experiments. I heard the when that guy was talking to another scientist, that they’re trying to find an antidote for a virus they were reaserching about. The virus was found long time ago, not much after the World War II. They were reaserching it since 1973. It's a very powerful virus, wich mutates very easily. They keept moving as soon as the man left the room, and suddenly, a wall breaks down, and a lot of infected run at them. They find a door in front of the broken wall, and then John breaks it down. -We’re going to need something bigger to break this down, – John says. They go through the broken wall hole, and suddenly, some kind of trapdoor opens in the ceiling, and a man falls down. John runs at him and takes him to his hands. He seems dead. Suddenly, the man starts transforming, and punches away John hardly. It runs after him, and starts hitting him. Then Sadie runs fastly and starts hitting the infected until it dies. She helps John get up. -What the hell was that? -That’s an infected scientist. As I told you before, That virus is very dangerous. The one that infected this guy had to be very rare, as he seemed to be stronger that the usual ones. Then, they go at the door, And John easily breaks the door down with the big steel bar that Sadie used to kill the beast. As they keep moving, the ceiling breaks down and drops few infected. Eventually, John And Sadie kill them. They keep moving, until they they find a door, they open it, and and see lobby, wich has a lot of offices. They see a door with Michael P. Ness, and John reads it out loud, and laughs silently. They go in, and Sadie starts searching the room. -We got to find more information about this place and the infection. –shouts Sadie. As they explore the room, John moves the rug, and they find a hidden manhole, and they decide to go down. ___________________________________________________________________
